Prior to joining the real estate industry, he spent more than 10 years in the banking sector and last managed a portfolio size of more than S$500 million as a senior manager in shipping & offshore oil & gas asset financing.

With extensive real estate knowledge, Elgin is able to advise clients on home and retirement planning through detailed financial calculations. He constantly studies the latest market trends and upgrades his skill sets to give his clients the best solution. He has most recently obtained a professional certificate in real estate investing from SMU and a certificate in marketing of commercial properties from SEAA.
